Technical Review of Dow Jones Industrial Average (INDU) Stocks

INDU – A complex 3-year head and shoulders bottom pattern continues. A neckline breakout above 36,952.65 (1/5/22 high) suggests INDU targets of 45,244 and 48,533. Initial support is 34,978-35,070, 34,406-34,581, 34,147.63, and 33,853-33,946.5.

The RRG study shows mixed rotations. 14 INDU stocks reside in the Leading/Improving Quadrants (AMGN, INTC, UNH, VZ, MSFT, V, WBA, NKE, DIS, KO, TRV, HON GS, and AAPL) and 16 in the Weakening/Lagging Quadrants (CAT, IBM, CSCO, WMT, JPM, CVX, BA, MMM, MCD, HD, AXP, JNJ, MRK, DOW, CRM, and PG).
